Mixing Colors - Grey & Lilac

I have discovered grey color just a couple of years ago, to be exact, this day when I wore this almost total grey look. All my life I was sure it didn't look good on me, but I see now I just didn't know "the way to cook it". It's neutral color that looks good on everybody, independently of age, body type or style preferences. It combines easily with any other color and it is a great base, that can be transformed to anything, depending on what we add. I consider this combination with lilac, in spite of clearly sportive style of the outfit, very delicate and elegant. What is your opinion?

Descubrí el color gris hace tan solo un par de años, para ser exacta, este mismo día, cuando me puse este practicamente total grey look. Toda mi vida pensaba que no me favorecía este color, ahora entiendo, que simplemente no sabia "cocinarlo". Es un color neutral, que favorece a todo el mundo, independientemente de la edad o tipo de cuerpo. Combina de manera muy fácil con muchos colores, es un fondo excepcional, y dependiendo de lo que le aplicamos, se transforma en algo muy creativo o a contrario, muy sobrio y elegante. La combinación con lila me parece muy tierna y sofisticada, a pesar de que el estilismo es muy casual e incluso deportivo. Que opináis?

Я открыла для себя серый цвет всего лишь пaру лет назад, а если быть совсем точной, то вот с этого дня, когда я попробовала этот total grey look. Всю жизнь я считала, что он мне не идет, а как оказалось, я просто "не умела его готовить". На самом деле, oн идет почти всем, невзирая на возраст, фигуру и тип внешности. Более того, он отлично сочетается с большинством других цветов. Серый цвет – это отличный фон, a от того, что вы на него нанесете, зависит весь облик. Сочетание с сиреневым мне кажется очень нежным, и даже несмотря на явно спортивный уклон, комплект выглядит изысканно. Что думаете вы по этому поводу?

It's All in The Details

Since I've started to moonlight as a teacher of Russian language, 4 days a week I have to remind how to look classic. Classic, but not boring, no way! Just let your imagination take over! It's all in the details: interesting brooch, unusual cut of a jacket, scarf with cute rabbit print (this one I've seen just yesterday on my friend), on the first sight, unsuitable bag, etc. Do you have your own tips to introduce a little individual style into your work attire?

Desde que empece a trabajar, como profesora de Ruso, cuatro días a la semana, tengo que recordar como es vestirme de la manera clásica y discreta. Pero clásica no tiene que ser sinónimo de aburrida! Dicen que "El estilo esta en los detalles" y estoy totalmente de acuerdo! Un broche interesante, un corte de chaqueta inusual, una bufanda con divertido estampado de conejitos (uno así llevaba mi amiga ayer), un bolso, que a primera vista, no pega con el estilismo, etc. Todo esto expresa tu personalidad y te hace distinto de los demas. Tenéis algún truco propio de crear looks de trabajo diferentes?

С тех пор, как я начала подрабатывать преподавателем русского языка, 4 дня в неделю мне приходится вспоминать как это одеваться в сдержанном классическом стиле. Но сдержанно ни в коем случае не является синонимом слова "скучно"! Как говорила великая Коко Шанель: "Стиль создают детали". Стоит лишь составить комплект так, чтобы один или два элемента выбивались из общей логики: необычный крой жакета, интересная брошь, шарф со смешными кроликами (такой я увидела вчера на своей подруге), неподходящая, на первый взгляд, сумка и т.д. и вот уже виден ваш индивидуальный почерк. Поделитесь своими уловками и идеями в составлении комплектов для работы? 

Relaxed Friday

Since I've got this bag, the others ceased to exist for me! To go to work, relaxed walking or meeting with friends, - it looks good in any set, for any occasion! I start with a simple casual look for work. Lucky me, I am not required to wear starched white shirts, so this kind of outfit, "cashmere sweater, jeans and cozy oxfords" may be called my everyday uniform!

Desde el momento, cuando me compré este bolso, los demás han dejado de existir para mi! Para ir a trabajar, para dar un paseo o quedar con amigos - es genial para cualquier ocasión! Empiezo con este el estilismo, sin pretensiones, para ir a trabajar. Menos mal, no me exigen camisas blancas almidonadas, así que la combinación de un jersey con vaqueros y unos "oxfords" se puede llamar mi uniforme de cada día.

С тех пор как я обзавелась этой чудесной обновкой, остальные сумки перестали для меня существовать! И на работу, и на прогулку, и на встречу с друзьями, - она замечательно вписывается в любой ансамбль! Начну с самого простенького, удобного и незамысловатого комплекта для работы. От меня, к счастью, не требуют накрахмаленных белых рубашек, поэтому кашемировый джемпер в сочетании с джинсами и оксфордами - это, практически, моя униформа.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel

During long time I've been thinking how to style this tunic from Nowistyle in some interesting way. I tried to complement it with different belts, mix up prints and colors, but have not reached any good result. When, been tired of so many inefficient tries, I decided to wear it with simple black pants and a scarf, matching stripes of the tunic. Watching on myself at the mirror I thought: "There is no need to try reinvent the wheel always", sometimes  absolutely evident combination are the best thing that you can choose! Durante mucho tiempo estuve intentando combinar esta túnica de Nowistyle de alguna manera inusual. La he probado con varios cinturones, he intentado mezclar los estampados, experimentar con colores contrastes, pero no he conseguido un buen resultado. Al final, cansada de tantos experimentos sin éxito, me la puse para ir a trabajar con un simple pantalón negro y una bufanda a juego. Me mire en el espejo y pensé: "No hace falta re-inventar la rueda cada vez que te vistes", a veces lo mas obvio es la mejor elección que puedes hacer! Feliz Pascua para todos mis seguidores Católicos!

Я долго думала как-бы поинтереснее обыграть эту тунику из магазина Nowistyle. И пояса разные примеряла, и принты пыталась смешивать, и цвета контрастные добавляла, и все не то. Пока не надела ее на работу с обычными черными брюками и не добавила шарф в цвет полосок, и все сложилось. Посмотрев на себя в зеркало, задумалась о том, что "не стоит каждый раз пытаться изобрести велосипед", иногда лучшим выбором являются самые очевидные вещи! Поздравляю всех с Католической Пасхой! 

La pura comodidad

El titulo de la entrada ya lo dice todo! Por mucho que diga que la pereza otoñal esta vencida, y estoy lista para nuevos experimentos, apuesto por los looks muy sencillos y cómodos!
Bueno, aunque no es nada interesante, os lo enseño :)

"Истинный комфорт", заголовок говорит сам за себя! Несмотря на мои слова в предыдущем посте о том, что мне удалось побороть осеннюю лень, мои наряды все еще не меняются, удобство - их первостепенная составляющая.
